*Delivery times for all other countries will be available upon request, as they differ on a case-by-case basis. Next-day delivery and time-slot delivery may be available upon request, but these services are subject to delivery address and will usually incur a charge. Please contact us for details.
When will my order ship?
When and where possible, we will dispatch orders immediately on receipt of a purchase order. To qualify for same day dispatch, your order must processed by TXO Systems before 15:00 GMT.
Can I track my order?
Yes. We’ll email you a link to your tracking information once your parcel has been shipped from our warehouse. Our typical courier service will be provided by FedEx, DHL or UPS.
What does it mean when a part is on backorder?
Occasionally, demand for certain products can lead to them being temporarily ‘out of stock’. However, if you still want this item and don’t mind waiting, we are happy to accept orders and dispatch it once stock becomes available. If you place an order that has one or more items on backorder you can choose whether to have all items dispatched together or to receive the items currently in stock as soon as possible.
The backorder preference options are as follows:
- Backorder allowed
We will dispatch in-stock items immediately and place any out-of-stock items on backorder. Items on backorder will be dispatched as they become available. Therefore, your order may arrive in single or multiple deliveries.
- Deliver order complete
If any items in your order are out of stock, we can hold your entire order until all items become available. Your order will then arrive in one delivery.
