When will my order ship?
When and where possible, we will dispatch orders immediately on receipt of a purchase order. To qualify for same day dispatch, your order must be processed by TXO Systems before 15:00 GMT Monday-Friday, excluding bank and national holidays.
Can I track my order?
Yes, whenever possible we’ll email you a link to your tracking information once your parcel has been shipped from our warehouse. Our typical courier service will be provided by FedEx, DHL or UPS.
What does it mean when a part is on backorder?
With over 800,000 parts in stock, you can count on TXO Systems to hold one of the world’s largest and most complete inventories of fixed-line and mobile telecoms infrastructure. However, occasionally demand for certain products can regrettably lead to them being temporarily ‘out of stock’. If you still want these items and don’t mind waiting, we are happy to accept orders and dispatch once stock becomes available.
If you place an order that has one or more items on backorder you can choose whether to have all items dispatched together or to receive the items currently in stock as soon as possible. The backorder preference options are as follows:
- Backorder allowed
We will dispatch in-stock items immediately and place any out-of-stock items on backorder. Items on backorder will be dispatched as they become available. Therefore, your order may arrive in single or multiple deliveries.
- Deliver order complete
If any items in your order are out of stock, we can hold your entire order until all items become available. Your order will then arrive in one delivery.
What type of packaging and labelling does TXO use?
All products supplied by TXO are re-packed in new, unbranded ESD packaging to ensure that your order arrives in the best possible condition. Telecoms equipment will always be labelled appropriately to ensure that handlers are aware of the fragility of the contents. For added safety, appropriate impact absorbing materials will be used to provide protection to the products when in transit.
We are able to repackage to customer specification and label with customer part numbers, order numbers or other information as requested.
